My Bananas Foster

Remember the last time your guests had a “head roll” moment after taking a bite of one of your desserts? A “head roll” moment is that involuntary reaction when the head rolls back slowly, the eyes close, and the meaning of life is under contemplation. It’s so much fun to see your guests experience this from one bite of your creation! This is what we strive for, isn’t it? My bananas foster can get that “head roll” every time. Try it for yourself and let me know what you think.
